How NoxOrigin handles contact requests, consent-controlled measurement, and technical data used to operate the website and products.

We collect the details you submit through the NoxCRM-powered contact forms, including your name, business, contact details, workflow requirements, source attribution, and consent record. The site also sends measurement events to the configured GA4/GTM services; analytics measurement is on by default and you can decline it at any time. Hosting providers retain technical logs for security and abuse prevention.
We use submitted details to respond, qualify the request, schedule a walkthrough, and coordinate product follow-up. We do not sell contact data. NoxCRM stores the lead so authorised NoxOrigin staff can manage the request.
Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will action the request within 30 days.
We use localStorage for theme preference and analytics consent ('nox-theme' and 'nox-analytics-consent'). Analytics measurement is on by default and you can decline it via the banner, which stores the 'denied' choice. You can also withdraw consent at any time by clearing the consent key (or by declining in the banner) — measurement stops while the stored choice is 'denied'.
