Is Nox-Billings a full ERP replacement?
No. Nox-Billings is deliberately scoped as GST billing and counter operations software. It handles invoices, receipts, employee controls, discounts, inventory, and day-end reports. It is not an enterprise accounting or ERP system.
Can staff use separate access on Nox-Billings?
Yes. Employee, manager, and owner roles with separate access, PIN flows, and action visibility are part of the current product scope.
Does Nox-Billings support thermal printers?
ESC/POS thermal printer support exists in the product but remains feature-flagged and is not described as broadly production-ready. Contact us for the current printer compatibility status.
How many businesses are live on Nox-Billings?
Three businesses are currently live across SaaS and managed platform deployments. We are onboarding additional users through private beta.
What is included in the ₹2,800 Counter plan?
The Counter plan includes one location, one user, up to two counters, and up to 2,000 bills per month. Taxes, assisted setup, migration, hardware, and custom integrations are quoted separately.
Can I add locations or users later?
Yes. Growth and Multi-location plans cover larger operations. We review the number of locations, counters, users, bills, and deployment requirements before changing a plan.
Does Nox-Billings work without an internet connection?
Offline and degraded-network behavior depends on the workflow and current app build. Confirm the required counter, payment, printer, and sync flow with us before relying on it during a connectivity outage.
