NoxCRM · WhatsApp leads

CRM for leads that arrive in WhatsApp and stay scattered.

NoxCRM is CRM for WhatsApp leads: chats and spreadsheet lists become one structured record per customer, with an owner, a current stage, and a dated next action.

The product is shaped for sales and service teams that have moved past personal chat lists but do not want enterprise CRM overhead.

Available now and currently used by 1 business; early enough for direct implementation support and proven enough to run in a real operation.

Public pricing is listed on the NoxCRM page; this page describes the WhatsApp-leads workflow in more depth.

How the work runs

Process

  1. Product-fit review. We review your WhatsApp lead sources, ownership expectations, and the follow-up cadence you want to enforce.
  2. Workspace setup. We configure pipelines, custom fields, roles, and follow-up rules so the workspace matches your chat-to-record flow.
  3. Lead migration. We import leads from spreadsheets and chat exports with field mapping so the move is traceable.
  4. Live follow-up cadence. We run a 30-minute weekly review with you during the rollout so follow-up discipline is visible.
Scope

What is and is not in scope

  • In scope: lead records, ownership, pipelines, follow-up scheduling, notes, and activity timeline for WhatsApp-style lead flows.
  • Out of scope: WhatsApp automation, broadcast marketing, or a full enterprise CRM replacement.
  • Public list pricing is available on the pricing page; migration, integrations, and third-party usage are confirmed before provisioning.
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is WhatsApp a CRM?

No. WhatsApp is a messaging channel. NoxCRM gives the record, ownership, pipeline, and follow-up structure a channel cannot provide.

Does NoxCRM connect to WhatsApp?

WhatsApp history capture is a planned capability. Today NoxCRM works beside WhatsApp: the record lives in the CRM and the conversation context is logged in it.

Can I import my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. CSV import with field mapping is part of the current scope, and the migration guide covers moving from chats and spreadsheets.

Can multiple team members work on the same WhatsApp lead?

Yes. Every lead has one accountable owner. Activity, notes, and follow-ups are visible across the team so the conversation context is preserved.

Will my team see the conversation history?

Yes. Notes and key conversation events are visible in the lead record. The chat thread itself remains in WhatsApp so the customer experience is unchanged.

Does it work on mobile?

The browser surface is the primary operator surface today. Mobile apps are planned and will be reviewed during rollout onboarding.

How do you measure follow-up discipline?

Follow-up dates, overdue alerts, and lead-ageing reports are part of the current scope. We confirm the metrics during the product-fit review.
