How the work runs
Workflow, step by step
- Provision. Set up the hosting, CDN, DNS, and HTTPS certificate before any cutover, with a tested staging URL.
- Cutover. Move the site behind the new CDN with a documented DNS plan and a fallback to the previous host until the new host is verified.
- Operate. Uptime monitoring, daily backups, dependency alerts, and a quarterly restore drill.
- Report. A monthly uptime and backup summary, with any incidents called out in plain language.
Scope
What is explicitly out of scope
- Hosting is for static and near-static workloads. Database-heavy apps require a scoped project.
- Email hosting beyond forwarding is out of scope; we recommend a dedicated email provider.
