How the work runs

Workflow, step by step

  1. Catalogue baseline. Review the catalogue, suppressed ASINs, image and attribute gaps, and write the current-state report before changes are made.
  2. Operate the queue. Cases, listing edits, and supplier follow-ups run on a documented queue with named owners and SLAs.
  3. Watch the signals. Buy-box percentage, suppressed listings, account health, and case-resolution times are watched on a fixed cadence.
  4. Weekly report. A short weekly report that lists what changed, what is still open, and what the next batch of work is.
Scope

What is explicitly out of scope

  • We do not buy reviews, run incentivised reviews, or use any traffic source that violates Amazon ToS.
  • Buy-box and search-rank outcomes are reported as observed metrics, not as guarantees.
