Operate

Amazon store management for Indian sellers.

We run day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations for Indian sellers — catalog hygiene, case management, inventory readiness, Sponsored Products basics, and reports the operator can read.

Work is delivered remotely with named owners, weekly operations reports, and a written ToS policy that protects the account.

Discovery and review meetings happen at our Faridabad office by appointment when in-person sessions are useful.

Who this is for

Existing sellers who need cover for day-to-day Seller Central work
Brands preparing to expand across amazon.com and other Amazon storefronts
Operators who want weekly reporting instead of monthly surprises
Operating problems

Problems we work on

Catalog hygiene, suppressed ASINs, and listing gaps are stacking up
Cases are missed or escalated without a clear owner
Inventory readiness and shipment plans are reactive rather than scheduled
Advertising basics run without an agreed budget or weekly review

Advertising spend is separate. Catalog restructuring and large listing migrations are quoted separately.

TimelineInitial account review in 2 to 4 weeks, then monthly operations.
  1. Catalogue baseline and current-state report (first 2 weeks)
  2. Operating queue with named owners and SLAs (week 3 onward)
  3. Weekly operations report with named next actions (ongoing)
  4. Quarterly account-health and signal review (every 90 days)

Scope, marketplaces, and account-health guarantees are confirmed in writing before the first retainer invoice.

How the work runs

Process

  1. Catalogue baseline. We review the catalogue, suppressed ASINs, image and attribute gaps, and write the current-state report before changes are made.
  2. Operate the queue. Cases, listing edits, and supplier follow-ups run on a documented queue with named owners and SLAs.
  3. Watch the signals. Buy-box percentage, suppressed listings, account health, and case-resolution times are watched on a fixed cadence.
  4. Weekly report. A short weekly report that lists what changed, what is still open, and what the next batch of work is.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which Amazon marketplaces do you cover?

We cover amazon.in as the primary marketplace and can extend coverage to amazon.com and other regional Amazon storefronts after a short onboarding review. Cross-marketplace work is scoped per engagement.

Do you buy reviews or run incentivised campaigns?

No. We do not buy reviews, run incentivised reviews, or use any traffic source that violates Amazon ToS. Every action is documented and aligned with the latest Amazon Seller Central policies.

How is the engagement shaped?

Amazon Operations starts at ₹9,900/month and Growth starts at ₹17,500/month. Scope, marketplaces, and reporting cadence are confirmed in writing before the first invoice; advertising spend is paid directly to Amazon.

Will I see weekly reporting?

Yes. We issue a short weekly report that lists what changed, what is still open, and what the next batch of work is. Quarterly reviews cover account health, signals, and longer-term planning.

Can you take over an existing account?

Yes, after a handover audit. The handover covers account health, catalogue baseline, and any open cases. We will not take over an account that has unresolved ToS issues we cannot remediate.

Do you run Sponsored Products campaigns?

Yes, Sponsored Products basics are included within an agreed monthly budget. We do not run campaigns above the agreed budget without explicit written approval.

How do you report performance?

We report on observed buy-box percentage, suppressed listings, account health, and case-resolution times. We do not report buy-box or search-rank guarantees by policy.
