How the work runs

  2. Workspace setup. We configure pipelines, custom fields, roles, and access so the workspace matches your operating model.
  3. Lead migration. We import leads from spreadsheets or form exports with field mapping so the move is traceable.
  4. Live follow-up cadence. We run a 30-minute weekly review with you during the rollout so follow-up discipline is visible.
