Quote to cash software that shows you what was quoted, billed, collected, and still owed.
NoxOrigin runs the sequence a small Indian business needs after it agrees a price — structured quotes, GST invoices, recorded payments, payment promises, receivables, and reports per client and per project with a path back to the records behind each number.

What a quote-to-cash view actually recovers
These are the four losses that a small business usually discovers at month-end, when it is too late to do anything about them.
Delivered work that was never invoiced
The gap between quoted and billed is the most commonly missed loss in a small business, precisely because no screen shows it until the quarter closes.
Quotes that sit unanswered
A quote with a send state and a dated follow-up is a task. A quote emailed from a personal mailbox is a hope.
A best client who is mostly unpaid
Revenue alone will keep calling them your best account while most of that account's work sits in receivables. Four separate states make the difference visible.
Month-end data assembly
When the numbers require a Friday of exporting and re-keying, the review meeting is about the spreadsheet instead of about the business.
The sequence, from agreement to collection
Each step inherits the record before it, so the numbers never have to be re-derived for a report.
The quote is a record, not an attachment
Line items, tax treatment, terms, and a send state, so the agreed scope is something delivery and billing can both read instead of a file that only one person has.
Terms and tax are decided once
Tax treatment is captured when the quote is created and carried onto the invoice, so the invoice does not become a second place where the numbers are interpreted.
The invoice is raised against real delivery
Because the invoice attaches to the client and project that caused it, raising it is a decision about what has been delivered rather than a fresh typing exercise.
Payments are recorded, not assumed
A payment is recorded against the invoice, which is a different event from a payment promise — a dated commitment made when the client has not paid yet.
Late money gets an owner
Payment promises and receivables carry the client, the amount, and how long it has been outstanding, so collection becomes a follow-up task rather than an awkward phone call nobody makes.
Quoted, billed, collected, outstanding
The four states are reported per client and per project, each traceable back to the records it came from, so the monthly review is a review rather than a reconstruction.
Four money states, compared side by side
For a client, the states are read together rather than in sequence, because the gaps between them are the operational problems.

When quote to cash is the wrong choice
Four businesses for whom a narrower or heavier product is the honest recommendation.
A statutory accounting system
NoxOrigin records commercial events and exports them. General ledger, trial balance, and statutory filing are an accounting package and an accountant's job.
Subscription billing for a SaaS company
There is no recurring billing engine with proration, dunning schedules, and automatic retries for a software product's own subscription customers.
Multi-currency and export invoicing
The commercial model is built for Indian billing: GST invoices, payment state, and exports for the books. Cross-border currency invoicing is not part of the current scope.
A finance team that only reconciles payments
If the work is matching settlements to a bank account rather than running the quote-to-collection cycle, a payment reconciliation routine is a better fit than this product.
Plans for a small business
Starter is ₹800/month or ₹8,000/year with 3 users, 10 active projects, and project economics included. Growth adds payment links, multiple sales processes, and a 30-day trial; Agency is for larger teams and multiple workspaces. Full limits are on the pricing page.
Quote to cash questions
What does quote to cash software mean in practice?
It is the sequence from agreeing a price to receiving the money: a structured quote with line items and tax treatment, an invoice raised from it, a payment recorded against that invoice, a payment promise when the money is late, and a receivables view of what is still owed and since when. Each step is a record, so the sequence can be inspected rather than remembered.
Is this different from billing software?
Billing software records what happened at the counter or in a billing cycle. Quote to cash starts earlier — at the agreement — and continues to the collection conversation. The distinction matters for a business that quotes work before it delivers it, because the gap between quoted and billed is where the money is quietly lost.
Will my accountant still get usable data?
Yes. Invoices, tax treatment, payment state, refunds, and structured exports exist so entries post without re-keying. What the platform does not do is interpret the entries for the books or file returns — that remains the accountant's work, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose trust.
Can clients pay a link instead of transferring money?
Razorpay payment links are included on Growth and Agency, and are not part of Starter. The payment then lands against the invoice, and the client's outstanding value updates from the same record rather than from a bank statement somebody imported.
How much does quote to cash cost?
Starter is ₹800 per month or ₹8,000 per year: 3 users, 1 workspace, 10 active projects, 1,000 contacts, quotes, invoices, and project economics. Growth is ₹1,600 per month or ₹15,000 per year with a 30-day trial, 10 users, 50 active projects, 10,000 contacts, and payment links. Agency is ₹5,000 per month.
